Anthem’s unique location on the northern edge of the Phoenix Metro area brings specific air quality challenges rooted in its desert topography and elevation. The proximity to the New River basin and open desert scrub results in localized dust storms and wind-blown pollen during the spring bloom, which easily infiltrate the single-family master-planned homes prevalent in the community. Our high-efficiency HEPA filtration systems are engineered to capture these fine particulate matters before they circulate through your ductwork, protecting residents from the persistent dust that is a hallmark of the Anthem landscape.
